ConsultingOrganizational Consulting: Kim Wright has ten years of training and experience in creating change at an organizational and societal level, including senior training in appreciative inquiry, kindling group magic, and building sustainable relationships. With this combined with her knowledge of the legal profession, she can help you design a strategy for transforming an organization, law school, law firm or community. Kim is a great behind the scenes partner or an expert who can come in and work directly with your organization. Event Planning & Consulting: Kim Wright has planned and delivered dozens of programs on topics of lawyers as peacemakers, collaborative law, restorative justice, therapeutic jurisprudence and more. She will consult with your conference planners to assist in identifying and inviting key leaders in new approaches to law, creating effective and valuable conferences and trainings. Co-Author and Consultant Kim Wright has written many articles, consulted with many authors of books, law reviews, magazine articles, television and radio media. She has reviewed and commented on many manuscripts to make sure that the evolution of the movement is properly reported. No one can know everything that is going on in such an expansive and evolutionary movement but Kim Wright is in a central role to know the legal trends. Media & Editorial Consultant Since 1999, Kim has served as a consultant to writers, editors, producers, magazines, television, and radio programs about the comprehensive law movement: on holistic law to Christian Science Monitor, People Magazine, and many other periodicals, leading to articles in most cases. Have educated about restorative justice to media ranging from Oprah to an extended consulting relationship with a documentary series on the A&E cable network. She has consulted on several treatments for television shows for Court TV (which ended up not being produced). She speaks frequently with producers of reality television in an attempt to educate them about the healing opportunities of restorative justice and raise sensitivity to divert their dramatizations of situations. Have commented, reviewed, and offered editorial comment to over a dozen books in the field of law, dispute resolution, and divorce. Program Development and Community Acceptance: Kim provides advice and guidance in developing practice groups, statewide strategies, legal and interdisciplinary centers.
